In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at miran@spacegearhub.com or send us text message on our WhatsApp number (+20 101 141 9391) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exchange and Returns Policy
We accept exchange and return any of our products within 3 days of being shipped to the customer, however it has to be in original condition and the packaging must not be opened at all. Please note that delivery fees will be deducted.
